Homemade Cheese Cream
Homemade Cheese cream is used for icing cupcakes and cakes. This is a very easy way to make cheesecake at home. You can use Amul cream or vita cream as per your choice. This cheese cream is also used as a dip by adding oregano and chili flakes.
Note: Add some strained liquid and blitz till you reach desired consistency.
While doing cake frosting add castor sugar and unsalted butter to this cheese cream. You can add mango pulp to make mango cheese cream frosting or strawberries as per your choice.
Ingredients -
- 2 Cup full cream milk
- 2 Cup full-fat cream
- 4 tpsn vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla (extract or bean)
Directions -
- Heat pan, add milk and cream, and salt.
- Let this boil and add two tablespoons of vinegar.
- Stir constantly.
- Keep the flame on medium-low and a few minutes later add the remaining two tablespoons of vinegar while stirring the mixture.
- The mixture will curdle.
- Let this come to a simmer, we don’t need any rapid boils.
- Strain this mixture through a muslin cloth and let it sit undisturbed for 15 minutes.
- In mixture grinder, add strained mixture and vanilla and blitz till creamy consistency.
- You can also store it in an airtight container for one week.
