Kala Chana Salad!

Kala Chana Salad is very healthy and full of protein salad. Using mayonnaise make this salad a tangy delicious taste. 



Ingredients -

2 cup of Kala chana(boiled)
2 tbsp mayonnaise (i use chipotle mayo here)
1/4 cup boiled potato
1/2 cup Cucumber, Tomato, Onion, & Capsicum (chopped)
1 Green chilly (chopped)
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander 
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chaat masala
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt according to taste

Directions -

Mix everything all together and add salt in the end to the salad mixture. Otherwise, cucumber and onion will leave their water. Enjoy this as an evening snack.
