2- Ingredients cheesecake! Yes, that’s right. No cheese! No egg in here.
Two ingredients: condensed milk and hung curd/yogurt.
I made condensed milk at home. You can check my for condensed milk recipe💫


Optional Crust (use the crust of your choice or go crustless):

1 Cup crushed nuts (almonds, walnuts)

3 tbsp Butter/Ghee

5 dates, roughly chopped

OR

100gram biscuit (parle g or Marie gold)

3 tbsp melted butter

few nuts


For 2-ingredient Cheesecake:

1 Cup Full Fat Hung Curd

1 Cup Condensed Milk

 Grease with butter/ghee and line the baking tin with foil

Garnish:

Nuts or

Chocolate or

Fruits


To make the cheesecake:

  • With Crust, blend all ingredients of crust together. Press it into baking tin tight.
  • Blend the hung curd and condensed milk and pour over prepared crust.
  • Cover the tin with foil and place the tin over a stand in the pressure-containing a cup of water.
  • Close the cooker, without a whistle, and cook for 20-25min on medium-low flame.
  • Open the cooker and remove the tin and let it come to room temperature.
  • Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before unmoulding.
  • Unmould the cheesecake through foil carefully.
  • Garnish with your choice of toppings.
