Grilled Veggie Sandwich


Grilled Veggie Sandwich Recipe is a delicious and quick sandwich for a lazy day. This Sandwich is super easy and very healthy.

Serve Veggie Sandwich with a cup of coffee for your breakfast or tea time snack.


Ingredients -

  • 2 piece Bread
  • 2 tbsp cream (malai) or mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Green chilly (if you want spicy sandwich)
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • Salt according to taste



Directions -

  • Finely chop all the vegetables and green chilly too.
  • Once chopped then add all vegetables and green chilly in a bowl.
  • Add cream and sauce to the mixture.
  • Now add oregano and chilli flakes to it.
  • Add salt and take two bread slice. Spread the mixture on the bottom half of the bread slice and cover with the other half of the bread slice.
  • Gently press the sandwich with your palm.
  • Heat a grill pan and roast the sandwich on the medium-high flame from both sides.
  • Serve it with Tomato sauce or dip.

Note: Remember to add salt in the add to the veggie mixture. Otherwise, cucumber and onion will leave their water.
