Spongy Dhokla - Tasty Gujarat Dish
Spongy Dhokla can be eaten for breakfast, as the main course, as a side dish, or as a snack.

Ingredients -
- 4 serving spoon Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1 serving spoon Rava (Suji)
- 1 pinch of baking soda
- 1/4 salt
- 1 ENO
For raasa -
- 4-5 Green Chilly
- 1 tablespoon
mustard seeds (rai) - 4 spn sugar
- Finely chopped coriander
- 1 Glass water
- 1/4 spoon salt
- 1 Lemon
Directions -
- Mix Rava, gram flour, baking soda, and salt. Remember to add ENO in the end.
- Put all the mixture in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- Left the dhokla to rest for 5 min
- Heat pan and put oil in it. Then add mustard seeds, curry leaves and saute it.
- Add water to it and bring to boil.
- After cooling down, add lemon juice and coriander.
