Sabudana Cutlets

Sabudana Cutlets can be eaten on a cold evening or rainy day and enjoy as an evening snack with a hot cup of coffee or tea. These cutlets can be served with any chutney of your choice.






Ingredients -

  • 2 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 cup Sabudana (Soak 1 night before)
  • 1/2 cup coriander
  • 1/2 cup peanut (roasted and grinded)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala



Directions -

  • Grate potatoes in a bowl and mix soaked sabudana in it.
  • Add coriander, red chilly, salt, lemon juice, peanut, and garam masala.
  • Mix everything and comes together to form a dough
  • Make flat tikkis from the dough.
  • Deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
  • Serve with chutney.

Note: Wash the Sabudanas and add an equal amount of water and soak it overnight for best Sabudana pearls.
