Sabudana Cutlets
Sabudana Cutlets can be eaten on a cold evening or rainy day and enjoy as an evening snack with a hot cup of coffee or tea. These cutlets can be served with any chutney of your choice.
Ingredients -
- 2 Boiled Potatoes
- 1 cup Sabudana (Soak 1 night before)
- 1/2 cup coriander
- 1/2 cup peanut (roasted and grinded)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp red chilly
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
Directions -
- Grate potatoes in a bowl and mix soaked sabudana in it.
- Add coriander, red chilly, salt, lemon juice, peanut, and garam masala.
- Mix everything and comes together to form a dough
- Make flat tikkis from the dough.
- Deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
- Serve with chutney.
Note: Wash the Sabudanas and add an equal amount of water and soak it overnight for best Sabudana pearls.
