MANGO CITRUS SALSA
Mango season is here and that means an abundance of fresh mangoes everywhere! This beautiful citrus salsa is the perfect accompaniment to nachos or even as a topping on any taco dishes created. The tart flavour of the citrus cuts through the sweetness and balances the salsa perfectly!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Large Mango, Diced
- 1 Medium Cucumber, Diced
- 1/2 Medium Red Onion, Diced. (Can Be Replaced with White Onions for A More Subtle Flavour)
- Juice From 1 Lemon
- 1 Medium Orange
- 1/4th Cup Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Honey (Conscious Foods)
- 1/4th Tsp Salt
- 1 Small Tomato, Diced
PREPARATION
Prep: 30 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
- Add all the ingredients into a dish and combine well.
- Cover and refrigerate and chill till ready to serve!
