PANEER MASALA

We all know the importance of paneer and dishes prepared with paneer because no get-together is complete at our place without paneer dishes and the use of this star ingredient. Over the years I have seen so many variations of these ingredients as my mother is a fabulous cook.

Paneer masala is one dish that you can prepare in half an hour if you have all the ingredients. And I curated this recipe, when I use to go to the office and after office hours, I had to prepare dinner but had no strength.

  • In the same pan add oil if needed, now add whole spices to hot oil. When the oil is hot add ginger, garlic and green chilli, to the oil and sauce it till the raw smell goes off.
