STREET STYLE CORN
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Ears of Sweet Corn
- 1 Jalapeño Or 1-2 Green Chilies, Diced
- 1 Small Onion, Diced
- 1/2 Cup of Hung Curd
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/4 Cup Coriander, Chopped
- Juice Of 1 Lemon
- 1 Tsp of Salt
PREPARATION
Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
- Remove husks and silk from the corn.
- Cut the kernels from the cob, place them in a pan and grill till slightly charred. Alternatively, place the corn cob directly on the grill and rotate till the corn is slightly charred, remove from the grill and allow to cool and cut the kernels from the cob.
- Move the kernels into a bowl, add in the chopped onions, jalapeños/green chilies, spices, lemon juice and coriander and mix.
- Serve once cool.
