Homemade Garlic Bread Without Yeast!
Homemade Garlic Bread With Herb Butter a try, your family will simply love it. Garlic bread goes great with pasta as well. This is the simple and without yeast recipe.
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda (Khane wala soda)
- 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp Mixed Italian herbs
- 2 Tbsp Sour curd (khatta dahi)
- 1 1/2 Tsp Oil
- 1/4 Cup Milk (at room temperature)
- 2-3 Tsp Water
- Salt to taste
To make garlic butter:
- 3 Tbsp Salted butter (at room temperature)
- 1/2 Mixed Italian herbs
- 1 Tsp Crushed garlic
- Some chili flakes
For filling:
- Chopped Coriander
- 50 gm Mozzarella Cheese
- Boiled sweetcorn (Optional)
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, add all dough ingredients and start to knead the dough for 10-15 minutes.
- After that, coat the dough with oil and rest for 2-3 hours. If your curd is not sour then you can rest the dough for the whole night.
- In another small bowl mix butter, garlic, sweetcorn(optional), and coriander leaves.
- Sprinkle some dry flour and roll the dough like a parantha.
- Spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough generously and top with cheese on half of the dough.
- Also, season with chili flakes and oregano.
- Fold the dough and seal the edges with fingers or fork.
- Brush a generous amount of prepared garlic butter and top with chili flakes and mixed herbs.
- Make marks over bread without cutting them fully.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
- Cut the garlic bread into pieces and serve.
Note: You can make it either in an oven or cooker or tandoor. Let me know if are having any kind of troubles while making it.
