Homemade Garlic Bread Without Yeast!

Homemade Garlic Bread With Herb Butter a try, your family will simply love it. Garlic bread goes great with pasta as well. This is the simple and without yeast recipe.



To make the Dough:

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda (Khane wala soda)
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Mixed Italian herbs
  • 2 Tbsp Sour curd (khatta dahi)
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Milk (at room temperature)
  • 2-3 Tsp Water
  • Salt to taste

To make garlic butter:

  • 3 Tbsp Salted butter (at room temperature)
  • 1/2 Mixed Italian herbs
  • 1 Tsp Crushed garlic
  • Some chili flakes


For filling:

  • Chopped Coriander
  • 50 gm Mozzarella Cheese
  • Boiled sweetcorn (Optional)

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all dough ingredients and start to knead the dough for 10-15 minutes.
  2. After that, coat the dough with oil and rest for 2-3 hours. If your curd is not sour then you can rest the dough for the whole night.
  3. In another small bowl mix butter, garlic, sweetcorn(optional), and coriander leaves.
  4. Sprinkle some dry flour and roll the dough like a parantha.
  5. Spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough generously and top with cheese on half of the dough.
  6. Also, season with chili flakes and oregano.
  7. Fold the dough and seal the edges with fingers or fork.
  8. Brush a generous amount of prepared garlic butter and top with chili flakes and mixed herbs.
  9. Make marks over bread without cutting them fully.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
  11. Cut the garlic bread into pieces and serve.
Note: You can make it either in an oven or cooker or tandoor. Let me know if are having any kind of troubles while making it.
