MANGO CITRUS SALSA

Mango season is here and that means an abundance of fresh mangoes everywhere! This beautiful citrus salsa is the perfect accompaniment to nachos or even as a topping on any taco dishes created. The tart flavour of the citrus cuts through the sweetness and balances the salsa perfectly! INGREDIENTS 1 Large Mango, Diced 1 Medium Cucumber, Diced 1/2 Medium Red Onion, Diced. (Can Be Replaced with White Onions for A More Subtle Flavour) Juice From 1 Lemon 1 Medium Orange 1/4th Cup Coriander Leaves 1 Tbsp Honey (Conscious Foods) 1/4th Tsp Salt 1 Small Tomato, Diced PREPARATION Prep: 30 minutes Cooking: 10 minutes Add all the ingredients into a dish and combine well. Cover and refrigerate and chill till ready to serve!
